Koç University Hospital

International standards in healthcare services, education, research and development

Koç University Hospital was opened in September 2014 as the teaching and research hospital of the Koç University Medicine School which started its first academic year in 2010–2011. The hospital occupies a total area of 220,000 m² and includes general, pediatric and oncology hospital groups as well as 400 patient rooms, 77 ICUs, 88 observation rooms, 250 outpatient rooms and 13 operating rooms. Campus buildings belonging to Koç University School of Medicine and School of Nursing as well as lodgings, social areas and nursing student accommodation are also located on the premises.

Koç University Hospital started to accept patients into its Genetic Diagnosis Center, IVF Clinic, and Adult Bone Marrow Transplantation Center in 2016. Hospital services are available to both private and public health insurance patients.
