The Vehbi Koç Foundation's Board of Directors consists of ten members. It includes four Koç family members, the Chief Executive Officer of Koç Holding, two members, who are "recognized experts in financial and economic matters" and elected by the Board, two university professors, including a professor of law, and the General Manager or Assistant General Manager of İş Bankası.
