Koç University School of Nursing

We raise self-confident, modern and model nurses.

Koç University School of Nursing was founded in 1998 in collaboration with Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing to provide a 4-year undergraduate nursing program. The School’s aim is to create leading nurses that can help protect human health, take an active role in patient treatment and rehabilitation, and which have an evidence-based, critical and research-minded approach.

Established as a college of nursing, Koç University School of Nursing elevated to school of nursing status in the 2016-2017 academic year following approval by the Council of Higher Education, as a first among not-for-profit private universities in Turkey. Located at the Koç University Topkapı campus and clinical training is conducted at the Koç University Hospital. School of Nursing students take foundation year and first year courses at the University’s Rumelifeneri Campus, and all remaining courses at the Topkapı Health Sciences Campus.
