| 1993: | October - Awarded “Associate Professorship”.
November - Appointed to Administrative Law Department at Istanbul University Law School as associate professor. |
| 1989: | February - Completed his doctoral thesis titled “The Identity of Administrative Procedure” and after defending the thesis, was awarded his “Ph. D.” degree. His doctoral thesis is the only one published by the Turkish Council of State.
April – Appointed to Administrative Law Department at Istanbul University Law School as “assistant professor”. |
| 1987-1988: | Carried out doctoral studies at Lausanne University Law School during the academic year under the advisorship of Prof. Pierre Moor, Ph. D., Head of Public Law Department. |
