Vehbi Koç Foundation Contemporary Art Collection lends artwork to MoMA
Sigmar Polke’s acclaimed work “Kartoffelhaus” from the Contemporary Art Collection of Vehbi Koç Foundation is on loan to New York City’s Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) that houses some of the most important contemporary and modern artworks of the world. The "Alibis: Sigmar Polke 1963-2010" exhibition, a comprehensive retrospective, encompasses the famous German artist and photographer (1941 – 2010) Polke’s creations from 1963 until his death. The exhibition also featuring Polke’s ‘Kartoffelhaus’ dated 1967 from Vehbi Koç Foundation’s Contemporary Art Collection will be open from April 19 to August 3, 2014
