Maritime Forum will contribute to Turkey’s maritime affairs
The Maritime Forum has been founded within the Koç University with the objective of setting goals, determining policies, and developing strategies on the main topics that contribute to Turkey’s maritime affairs. Commenting on the establishment of the Forum, Mr. Rahmi Koç, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Koç University and the Honorary President of Koç Holding, said that such think tanks operate in several countries, and the European-Atlantic block in particular, underlining the importance of having thought organizations and academic structures that carry out integrative analysis of the maritime affairs in a country.
