AKMED Scholarships

Following in the footsteps of our cultural heritage…

In alignment with the purposes and principles assumed for the research, documentation, preservation and protection of the historic, archaeological, ethnographical and cultural values of Antalya and its surroundings in particular, as well as the scientific studies for the interpretation of relations in the entire Mediterranean coast, Akmed (Suna and Inan Kıraç Research Institute on Mediterranean) supports the research projects of especially young researchers in these fields and this geography. Furthermore, qualified students studying at the relevant departments of universities and higher education institutions at home or abroad are awarded scholarships.
