1994: | In addition to teaching, started practicing law; co-founded SOYBAY&ERKUT Law Offices, the first Administrative Law Office. |
1993: | October - Awarded “Associate Professorship”. November - Appointed to Administrative Law Department at Istanbul University Law School as associate professor. |
1989: | February - Completed his doctoral thesis titled “The Identity of Administrative Procedure” and after defending the thesis, was awarded his “Ph. D.” degree. His doctoral thesis is the only one published by the Turkish Council of State. April – Appointed to Administrative Law Department at Istanbul University Law School as “assistant professor”. |
1987-1988: | Carried out doctoral studies at Lausanne University Law School during the academic year under the advisorship of Prof. Pierre Moor, Ph. D., Head of Public Law Department. |
1986: | Completed four semesters of doctoral studies and started working on his doctoral thesis. |
1982-1984: | Research Assistant in Administrative Law Department of Istanbul University Law School (Obtained his master’s degree by completing his thesis titled “An Overview of the Administrative Justice against New Legislations” and started his doctoral studies the same year at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences.) |
